More than temporary assistance
Our Community Outreach & Family Assistance programs help address immediate needs while connecting individuals to opportunities that promote stability, growth and long-term well-being.
Through food distributions, seasonal assistance initiatives, community resource navigation and collaborative partnerships, we work to support underserved families and vulnerable populations throughout Houston and surrounding communities.
Our goal is to do more than provide temporary assistance. We seek to connect individuals and families with resources that support lasting progress.
